Description

The County of Yolo is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to provide on-call consulting services countywide. The services are divided into two categories: Project Management and/or Construction Management Services, and Plan Check Services. Consultants may respond to one or both categories, providing expertise in construction project management, cost estimation, scheduling, documentation, risk management, safety monitoring, and plan review for code compliance. Proposals must be submitted electronically by April 23, 2026, with questions due by April 9, 2026.
