Description
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to grant final authorization to Florida for revisions to its hazardous waste management program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The EPA has reviewed Florida's application and determined that the changes meet all necessary requirements for final authorization. This proposed rule is subject to public comment until April 27, 2026, after which, if no adverse comments are received, the authorization will be finalized without further action.
