Ector County ISD School Nutrition Department is seeking a turnkey solution to expand and upgrade kitchen security camera systems across 37 campuses. - Government Buyer: - Ector County ISD School Nutrition Department (Odessa, TX) - OEMs and Vendors: - Existing cameras are manufactured by Axis - New cameras and components must be compatible with Axis and Genetec systems - Products/Services Requested: - New kitchen security cameras and associated hardware for 37 campuses - Integration with the District's existing Genetec video management system (VMS) - Turnkey services: design, procurement, delivery, installation, integration, configuration, testing, commissioning, and operational training - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Mandatory site visits to each campus to verify coverage, installation conditions, and network connectivity - Proposals must cover the entire project scope; partial bids are not accepted - Camera placement may be adjusted by the District at no additional cost - Utilization of existing cameras where feasible; new cameras to fill visibility gaps - All work must be completed as a single package bid
