Description
The Borough of New Providence, Union County, New Jersey, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and licensed plumbing contractors to provide on-call plumbing services for all Borough-owned buildings, facilities, parks, utility sites, and infrastructure on an as-needed basis. The contract term is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027. Services include investigation and repair of plumbing issues, installation and replacement of piping and fixtures, maintenance of water supply systems, drain cleaning, emergency response, and code compliance upgrades.
