Description
The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) is inviting applications from eligible individuals to be included on the roster of panelists for specialized labor panels under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). These panelists will serve on labor dispute settlement panels related to the facility-specific rapid response labor mechanism between the US and Mexico. Applicants must have expertise in labor law, be objective and independent, and comply with the USMCA Code of Conduct. Applications must be submitted electronically by April 27, 2026.
