Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking proposals for Arbitrage Rebate Compliance Services. The scope includes reviewing the City's tax-exempt debt service funds, debt service reserve funds, capital projects funds, and other related funds for each outstanding tax-exempt obligation by the required reporting date. The contractor will prepare and submit reports citing findings, provide counsel to City staff, attend meetings, assist in responding to arbitrage-related queries, and support additional arbitrage-related matters as needed.
