General
The Department of Veterans Affairs New York Harbor Healthcare System (VA NYHHS) requires a qualified firm with the capability and capacity to provide Sunni Muslim chaplaincy services for Muslim Veterans who specifically request faith-based spiritual care, from the base year of award through four (4) option years. Services shall include telephone triage and in-person spiritual care visits, with an estimated level of effort of approximately 4 to 4.5 hours per week, inclusive of direct patient counseling and related documentation. Services shall be performed at the following locations:
