Description

The Defense Loglstlcs Agency ( DLA) wlll issue a Request for Proposal on February 24 2026 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mll /. The proposed contract wlll be soliclited as Unrestricted With Other Than Full and Open Competition. The NSN listed on the Request For Proposal (RFP) will have a contract minimum and maximum set at the NSN level. This will be used to determine if cost and pricing data will be required with any proposals if none of the exceptions apply. An Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year and four (4) possible option years is anticipated. The total duration, base period plus option years, shall not exceed 5 years. The solicitation is for 1 NSN and will be solicited using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products procedures. Inspection point of Destination will be noted in Section B as well as any other technical and packaging requirements. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and other factors listed in Sections L and M of the solictation.
