Reason for amendment 0001 was to update include additional items that was left off the solicitation. 8300-W1K-S Single Mode SC Hot Melt Connector with white 3mm boot Part# 8300. for 125�m fiber, 250/900�m jacketed cable features a zirconia ceramic ferrule with 0.2 dB typical loss for single mode fiber. It is specifically designed for ease of termination in local area networks. Pre-loaded with advanced re-heat able adhesive, this connector allows fiber repositioning and shows blue dot of adhesive after fiber insertion. It has no internal splice. No need for epoxy mixing. The termination time is about 2 minutes. The 8300-W1K-S hot melt connector meets TIA/EIA 568-C.3 standard for indoor and outdoor applications. WHITE boot.
