The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Design and Construction Group is seeking experienced architectural and engineering firms to provide comprehensive consulting, design, bid, and construction phase services for renovating Building 24 and Dorm Buildings A & B at the Harriman Campus in Albany, NY. The project includes interior renovations such as abatement and complete gutting and rebuilding of dormitories, showers, restrooms, and associated systems, as well as exterior improvements like new roofing, metal panel cladding, and window and door replacements.
