The New York State Department of Health is soliciting applications for the Consumer Assistance for NY State of Health: Navigator Program. This program provides culturally competent, linguistically appropriate, and disability accessible in-person and telephone health insurance application and enrollment assistance across New York State. The program aims to reduce barriers to insurance access by offering assistance in community-based locations at convenient times, including evenings and weekends, and supports small businesses enrolling in the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) for tax credits.
