Katy Independent School District (Katy ISD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Educational Evaluation Materials, specifically Testing Kits. These kits must include valid and reliable assessment instruments covering areas such as speech and language, cognition, adaptive behavior, academic achievement, emotional/behavioral functioning, and developmental domains. The materials will support comprehensive Full Individual Evaluations (FIEs) used to determine student eligibility for specially designed instruction.
