The U.S. Embassy Lusaka, under the Department of State, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive swimming pool maintenance services at its facility in Lusaka, Zambia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State - U.S. Embassy Lusaka - Scope of Work: - Contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for swimming pool maintenance - Services are to be performed at the U.S. Embassy Lusaka - Contract Structure: - Firm fixed price contract - Base year plus four one-year option periods - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Notable Requirements: - Contractor is responsible for providing all necessary resources for pool maintenance - Solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov and is open to all responsible sources

Pre-solicitation: Pool maintenance services, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services for the U. S Embassy, Lusaka.

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Lusaka will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
