NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, under the U.S. Navy, is soliciting firm fixed-price bids for a range of structural steel beams and related metal products for delivery to Yokosuka, Japan. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FISCPS) - Products Requested: - Structural steel beams (T-shape, M-T shape, T-beam, WT-shape) - Structural angles (various sizes and grades) - Flat metal bars - Metal plates - All items must conform to MIL-S-22698 and ASTM A36 specifications - Quantities range from 1 to 45 units/feet per item - Specific part numbers provided for each item - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Compliance with MIL-S-22698 (military specification for shipbuilding steel) and ASTM A36 (standard structural steel grade) - Unique item identification and packaging standards required - All items must be delivered as one continuous length where specified - Inspection and acceptance at destination - Delivery Location: - SRF and JRMC Yokosuka, Japan (U.S. Naval Base Yokosuka) - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named; open to qualified suppliers meeting specifications

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting for BEAM, STRUCTURAL in accordance with solicitation specifications. This acquisition will be negotiated on a SMALL BUSINESS SET A SIDE. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date. A determination to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Terms will be FOB: ORIGIN BY FACT-SP (NOLSC): to U.S. NAVAL BASE YOKOSUKA JAPAN

It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Sam.Gov website on or about 25 MARCH 2026 with proposals due by 10 APRIL 2026. A Firm-Fixed Price, Supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FLCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the Sam.Gov website: https://www.sam.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.
