This opportunity involves the U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's procurement for the Air Delivered Munitions (ADM) Aging and Surveillance program through a five-year IDIQ contract. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Weapons Division (EBHK/EBHCB) - Contracting office at Hill Air Force Base, Utah - Products Requested: - Multiple variants of general purpose and penetrator bombs (e.g., MK-82 Mod 1, BLU-111B/B, BLU-129B, BLU-134/B, BLU-109/B, BLU-117B/B, BLU-136/B, BLU-137/B) - Quantities range from 1 to 12 per lot, with some items up to 64 units (booster rings) - Includes various explosive fills: Tritonal, PBXN-109, PBXN-110, AFX-757, AFX-795, AFX-1282 - Sled test supports for 500LB and 2000LB bomb classes - Booster rings and explosive samples for laboratory testing - Services Requested: - Technical reports, quarterly and annual status reports, conference agendas, meeting minutes, government furnished material consumption reports, manhour estimates, accident/incident reports, quality program plans (ISO-9001 compliant), and briefing materials - All deliverables are electronic, with varied submission frequencies (as-required, quarterly, annual, one-time) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compliance with export control laws and ISO-9001 quality standards - Some solicitation documents require SAM.gov registration and need-to-know approval - Inspection and acceptance at Hill AFB - Minimum guaranteed order of $3 million, estimated maximum $25 million - Bombs and materials are provided as Government Furnished Material (GFM) - OEMs/Vendors: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named in the solicitation or attachments - Place of Performance/Delivery: - Hill Air Force Base, Utah (primary contracting and delivery location) - Federal facility EBH 25-182-001 (delivery location for technical data)

Description

The Government contemplates awarding a single IDIQ contract with an ordering period of five (5) years. The estimated award date is approximately 30 June 2026. The requirement is NOT set-aside for small businesses. This solicitation is full and open competition.  

The solicitation and supporting documents are attached to this posting. Any amendments to the solicitation will published through the Sam.Gov, therefore check the website for any changes to the requirement. 

All responsible sources may submit a proposal and pricing table in accordance with Section L (attached).  Also, fill in all applicable provisions and clauses required by the offeror.

Some solicitation documents contain Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and will be posted with restricted access on SAM.gov. . To obtain these materials, interested parties must:

              -  Be registered and active in SAM.gov

              -  Submit a justification demonstrating a valid need‑to‑know in support of this requireme

              -  Await approval from the Contracting Officer, as access is not automatically granted

Only authorized requestors who meet these criteria will be granted access to restricted documents.
