Description
The Joint Base Langley-Eustis Construction and Engineering Squadron requires a new commercial 200-ton Chill water HVAC system replace an aging system on one of our buildings, that is close to the end of its lifecycle. We are conducting market research to determine what type of CARRIER or TRANE models are in the marketplace to fit the specifications identified below in item 1. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on this RFI or otherwise pay for the information requested. Pursuant to the FAR Part 19 overhaul, this RFI is issued to identify capable small businesses, including 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB), and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns, capable of performing these services. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Responses will be treated as information only.
