The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, is seeking a qualified small business to provide comprehensive mowing and trimming services at multiple sites within the Pine Bluff Project in Arkansas. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District (Contracting Division) - Pine Bluff Project Office - Scope of Services: - Mowing and trimming at Willow Beach Park (approx. 66 acres), David D. Terry 6 East Park/River Access (approx. 14 acres), and David T. Terry 6 West Park (approx. 15 acres) - Shoreline mowing and trimming at Willow Beach Park (approx. 9,500 linear feet) and David D. Terry 6 West Park (approx. 800 linear feet) - Services required up to 24 times per year for each park area and 12 times per year for each shoreline area - Contractor must provide all management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles - Period of Performance: - Base year plus two option years (total up to three years) - Unique Requirements: - 100% Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS 561730) - Emphasis on quality control, safety, and security - Work must comply with all contract specifications and applicable regulations - No specific OEMs or product manufacturers are identified, as this is a service contract - No product line items; all requirements are for recurring grounds maintenance services

Description

Services contract for mowing and trimming services at Pool 6 including: Willow Beach Park, Dam Site 6, East Park, and Dam Site 6 West Park, located at the Pine Bluff Project. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, necessary to assure that all services are performed in accordance with the contract specifications, maps, drawings, attachments, appendices, exhibits, applicable laws, regulations, codes and directives.
