This Notice is to announce that the Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office(NCO) 15, hereby announces it notice of intent to negotiate with SJS Executives LLC, a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) on a sole source basis in accordance with(IAW) 38 U.S. Code 8127 and VAAR 852.819-70008 to provide Electrical/Mechanical Technician Support to maintain the automated pharmaceutical equipment systems for a period of up to 12 months for the Consolidated Mail-Out Pharmacy (CMOP) located in Leavenworth, KS These services represent a critical need providing 515,000 prescriptions per day being mailed out daily to 330,000 Veterans.
