Description
Combined Synopsis/Solicitation # HT940626QE019 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation as indicated in the attachment. SF Form 1449 is being utilized to generate the applicable clauses.
The Defense Health Agency, Healthcare Contracting Division- Southeast intends to procure a firm-fixed price contract for personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide a middleware solution for Point of Care Testing (POCT) connectivity that can transmit patient test results into the hospital’s current laboratory information system for Roche Accu-Chek Inform II and Abbbott i-STAT 1 located at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune (NMCCL), NC. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12.6; Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
