The General Services Administration on behalf of the Small Business Administration is looking for qualified firms to perform Loan File Reviews for Risk Oversight Support Services.  This Sources Sought notice is being issued in conjunction with an RFI on eBuy.  If there is not sufficient interest form schedule holders, the responses to this Sources Sought will help provide data for a solicitation that may be posted on sam.gov.  

The NAICS code for the potential solicitation will be 541990 - All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.  

Summary Objectives and Statement of Work

This procurement will be for Loan File Review Services; specifically for the SBA's 7(a) and 504 programs .  This will be a performance-based contract; the requirements will be stated in terms of desired results with associated quality standards.  A draft performance work statement (PWS) is being issued with this sources sought to allow interested firms to respond to this notice.
