The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to replace a corroded exterior natural gas line at USCG Station Morro Bay, California. - Government Buyer: - United States Coast Guard, Sector Los Angeles-Long Beach, Sector Engineering Division - Scope of Work: - Replace approximately 50 linear feet of 2-inch (2 gauge) liquid natural gas (LNG) line from the city meter to the emergency generator - Remove existing corroded/degraded LNG line and install new piping using the same pathway and supports - Perform air testing of the new line and apply corrosion-resistant coating - Provide all supervision, labor, equipment, parts, and materials - Restore the site after completion - Requirements: - Contractors must possess appropriate California licenses - Submit detailed pricing schedule separating labor and materials - Provide past performance information for similar projects - Technical capability, past performance, and delivery schedule are prioritized over price in evaluation - Period of Performance: - Work must be completed within 14 calendar days after submittal approval - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of Performance: - USCG Station Morro Bay, 1279 Embarcadero, Morro Bay, CA 93442
