The U.S. Army at Fort Benning, Georgia is seeking qualified contractors to provide Catholic Priest chaplain services for military personnel and their families. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Benning, Directorate of Contracting - Fort Benning Religious Support Office - Services Requested: - Provision of ordained Catholic Priest chaplain services - Includes conducting weekend and weekday masses, sacraments (baptism, matrimony, confirmation, anointing of the sick), confessions, religious instruction, counseling, and participation in planning meetings - Services must comply with Roman Catholic Church guidelines and Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS) policies - Security and background checks required for all personnel - Locations: - Fort Benning military base - Multiple chapels: Blessed Sacrament Chapel, Main Post Chapel, Infantry Chapel - Camp Darby (military base) - Unique Requirements: - Priests must be endorsed by the Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS) - Contractor must demonstrate relevant experience and recent past performance - Registration in SAM under NAICS 813110 required - Period of Performance: - One base year plus four option years (total up to five years) - No products or OEMs are requested; focus is solely on chaplain services.

This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 813110 (Chaplain Services).

Project Description: IMCOM at Fort Benning is seeking sources for a Catholic Priest. The period of performance is expected to be a maximum of five years (base ordering period of 1 year and 4 optional one-year ordering periods).

NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. A DRAFT performance work statement is provided for reference (See Attachment 1). Contractors should submit a brief narrative of the following: Demonstrate capable experience with projects similar in size and scope of this requirement. Provide examples of past performance that is recent (work completed within the last 3 years). Information requested in this paragraph shall not exceed a total of ten (10) pages. Only email responses will be accepted, do not send paper copies. Please include your business size with your submittal. It is required that your company be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) with NAICS 813110, Chaplain Services. Please see www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ for additional information. In addition, this sources sought is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for any information solicited or delivered.
