This combined Synopsis/Solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside using NAICS code 325120 Liquid Nitrogen Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,200. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
