The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to supply, install, and support a brand name only ScriptPro fully integrated medication delivery system for the Outpatient Satellite Pharmacy at the Dallas VA Medical Center (VAMC). - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs - Network Contracting Office 17 (San Antonio, TX) - North Texas VA Health Care System (Dallas VAMC) - Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (Temple, TX) - OEMs and Vendors: - ScriptPro USA Inc. (sole OEM, manufacturer of all primary equipment and software) - Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions (VHSS) (authorized reseller) - Products and Equipment Requested: - ScriptPro Robotic Prescription Dispensing System (e.g., CRS 150) - Enterprise Workflow Management Platform and Software (e.g., HCI 2000, WMS 2.0) - Pharmacy Workstations (up to 5 units) - Custom Fixtures tailored to pharmacy layout - Peripheral devices: Zebra ZD621-2P Printers (4), Notice Board 40 (4), SP Kiosk, Smart Card Scanners (7), Electronic Signature Devices, Inspection Camera, Eyecon 9430, Ticket Window Display, Audio Package Speakers (2), and others - Security and communications modules, endpoint security licenses, and interface modules - Services Requested: - Full installation, calibration, testing, and integration of all equipment and software - Staff training by ScriptPro-certified technicians - Ongoing support, maintenance, and software updates (12-month base period) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Only ScriptPro brand equipment and software are acceptable due to proprietary technology and compatibility with existing VA systems - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and supervision for turnkey installation - Compliance with VA security and hard drive retention requirements - Small business set-aside for some line items - Period of Performance: - 12-month base period for installation and support, with some items delivered within 90-455 days after order - Place of Performance and Delivery: - Dallas VA Medical Center, Outpatient Satellite Pharmacy, 4500 S Lancaster Rd, Dallas, TX 75216 - Contracting offices in San Antonio and Temple, TX

Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services as required for installation and support of Brand Name Only Scriptpro fully integrated medication delivery system, as indicated in the attached Statement of Work.

The Contractor must provide all labor, material, tools, management, travel, software, and equipment necessary to supply, install and provide support services for complete installation of fully integrated medication delivery system which includes a Robotic Prescription Dispensing System, Workstations, Enterprise Workflow Management Platform and Software, Custom Fixtures, and Support Services to support the Outpatient Satellite Pharmacy in the Emergency Department at Dallas VAMC 4500 S Lancaster Rd Dallas, TX 75216.
