Solicitation 030ADV26Q0106 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13.

Summary: As a service unit of the Library, the Congressional Research Service (CRS) works exclusively for Congress to perform research, analysis, consultations, and a wide range of services that inform Members of the House and Senate on legislative issues. In FY 2020, CRS procured Perpetual Licenses for PoolParty Enterprise Server and PowerTagging for O365, SharePoint 2013/2016 to develop, manage, and maintain taxonomy configurations; to apply the taxonomy to CRS content using automated tagging; and to identify potential new terms via text analytics.
