Description
The 436th Maintenance Squadron (436 MXS) at Dover Air Force Base (AFB), DE requires repair and refurbishment services for all C-5M Galaxy flight deck cosmetic components (upholstery, vinyl, tables, seats, mattresses, headliners, flooring covers, etc.) in a manner that will ensure their serviceability, safe operation, and compliance with current aircraft requirements. Services for the part procurement or overhaul of assets will be completed off-site and delivered to Dover AFB. At no point in time will the contractor be required or allowed to perform installation or removal work of equipment on the aircraft.
The 436th Contracting Squadron (CONS) anticipates awarding a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1(e)(3). The Government reserves the right to solicit the subject acquisition directly to contractors who respond to the subject Presolicitation Notice, IAW RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). The anticipated award date of the subject acquisition is NLT 30 April 2026.
