The 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS), at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) ? Randolph, Texas (TX), is planning to issue a solicitation for nonpersonal services on a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle providing comprehensive Course Development and Delivery Services with Professional Support Services to meet current and emergent course development and delivery and mission requirements. The proposed solicitation identifier is FA300226R0007. Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts will be awarded providing a suite of contractors for TO competitions to meet Air Force needs within the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska and Hawaii.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611710 - Educational Support Services, with a small business size standard of $24 million, Service Code: U009, Education/Training- General. The period of performance will consist of one (1) five-year basic ordering period, and 2-year ordering period option; a total ordering period of seven (7) years. The proposed solicitation will be a competitive Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside.
