This is a Sources Sought Notice for information only: This is not a request for quotes/proposals or an invitation for bids.
Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to seek eligible contractors to provide seeks the rental of four long tine forklifts to assist in operations within the shipyard for up to one full year and one option of six months.
The Contractor shall provide Manufacturer required maintenance and repairs on all rental forklifts, Unlimited hourly usage, Propane tanks as required (Issued with a full tank and returned with a full tank), Response to minor repairs (e.g. flat tires) within 24 hrs. notice, Replacement of inoperable forklifts within 24 hrs. of notice in accordance with this PWS.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 532289 – All other consumer goods rental; size standard for this NAICS is $12,500,000.00. Product Service Code is W039 – Lease or Rental of Equipment – Materials Handling Equipment.
The anticipated period of performance for the base year is April 20, 2026 to April 19, 2027.
