Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Custodial Services for the 63rd for two (2) locations throughout Nevada; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance start date is May 01, 2026 (or subsequent date) to April 30, 2027 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.
