The City of Grants Pass is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed elevator contractors to modernize one existing two-stop hydraulic passenger elevator installed in 1975 at Grants Pass City Hall. The project includes hydraulic cylinder/jack replacement, control and drive system upgrades, door equipment, car interior refurbishment, hoist way and safety devices, electrical and miscellaneous work, possible alternates, and a 5-year maintenance contract.
