Description
The Foothill-De Anza Community College District, in conjunction with the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, is soliciting proposals for the modernization of the Statewide Electronic Transcripts Exchange System (eTranscript CA). The project involves identifying and implementing a modernized transcript system for the proposed California Statewide Transcript Exchange Network. The procurement will be conducted in three phases: submission of innovative concept narratives and pilot readiness statements, pilot demonstration projects, and final production proposals leading to contract award. The selected firm will deliver innovative, sustainable solutions supporting the District's mission for up to five years.
