Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE
Contracting Department, Marine Corps Installations East, Camp Lejeune, NC intends to issue a sole source contract to Marco Federal Services, LLC 217 N Resler Dr El Paso, Texas 79912. This procurement, for Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, is being conducted under the authority of FAR Part 19.108-4(c)(3). The period of performance for this requirement is May 3, 2026 to May 2, 2031. This contract includes maintenance and repair of Contractor-owned and Government-owned washer and dryer machines. The participant must provide all necessary management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor. All utility connections for Contractor owned machines and Government-owned machines are the participants’ responsibility and expense. All installation work must adhere to local, state, and federal plumbing and electrical codes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation and technical capabilities, which, if timely received may be considered. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the email address shown below. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
