Description

BOA Order: The NAICS Code is 332994. Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00174-23-G-0001, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division - Picatinny Detachment (NSWC IHD), intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Minneapolis, MN 55421-1402. This is not a small business set-aside. The contractor shall provide all necessary material and services required to manufacture, assemble, inspect, preserve, package, and ship MK 38 FY27 Spare Parts deliverables required as specified in Statement of Work (SOW). BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this work within the required time frame.
