Description
This solicitation is for custodial operations and maintenance services at rest areas located on I-85, north and southbound lanes, mile marker 59, one mile south of NC 3 near Kannapolis in Cabarrus County, Division 10, North Carolina. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The work includes providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the rest areas in accordance with the 2024 Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures and the requirements of the Department of Transportation.
