The consultant will support PURA's Office of Education, Outreach, and Enforcement by reviewing financial and operational records, analyzing to determine an appropriate cost of equity, and providing expertise in rate design, customer service, and performance benchmarking. Firms may submit proposals for one or both tasks, including subcontractors, but cannot submit to both this RFP and the Decisional staff’s RFP.
