The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Three is seeking a contractor to provide supplemental roadway maintenance crews for the Midway Operations Center in Leon and Gadsden Counties, Florida. - Government Buyer: - Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Three Procurement Office - Office: Midway Operations Center - Scope of Services: - Provide a minimum of one crew for routine roadway maintenance - Crew Leader (1): Responsible for planning, directing crews, equipment maintenance, inventory, reporting, and safety - Equipment Operator (1): Operates equipment, performs maintenance, and may act as Crew Leader - Maintenance Workers (4): Perform routine maintenance and operate tools/equipment - Services include: - Asphalt repair - Drainage maintenance - Vegetation control (including tree trimming) - Traffic services - Emergency response - Products/Services Requested: - All labor, tools, equipment, and materials (except as noted) to perform maintenance and repair - No tangible personal property or specific OEM equipment is being procured - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Service-based contract; no purchase of equipment or materials - Annual estimated hours for crew positions specified - Contractor must be able to respond to emergency situations - Payment subject to MFMP Transaction Fee - Contract value ceiling: $500,000 - Possible renewals up to three additional years - No OEMs or specific vendors are named in the solicitation
