The City of Lewiston is soliciting sealed proposals for lead abatement at 30 Howard Street. The project scope includes complete paint removal, encapsulation, enclosure, and/or whole component removal of lead-based paint hazards as identified in the lead-based paint inspection report, along with incidental work necessary to complete the project as outlined in the design specifications.
