Description

The City of Irvine is soliciting proposals for the operation of the Irvine Police Department's Temporary Holding (Custody) Facility. The contract is expected to start on or about July 1, 2026, and run through June 30, 2027, with the option to extend for up to four additional one-year periods. The scope of services is detailed in the attached RFP document. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for April 1, 2026, and proposals are due by April 21, 2026.
