Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is soliciting bids for maintenance services at 24 Public Water Access sites in the Tower Area Parks & Trails Division, located in St. Louis and Koochiching Counties. The contract covers two seasons from May 20, 2026, through September 8, 2027, and includes mowing, litter cleanup, and debris removal. Bidders must submit responses electronically via the Swift Portal and include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, and applicable taxes in their unit price. A completed Price Schedule in Excel or PDF format must be uploaded with the bid.
