The Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Law Enforcement Division, is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of regulatory and informational buoys for use on state waterways. - Government Buyer: - Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Law Enforcement Division, Purchasing Office - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to all qualified manufacturers and suppliers of regulatory buoys - Products/Services Requested: - Total of 91 buoys, including: - 51 Restricted Regulatory Buoy Markers ("NO WAKE IDLE SPEED") - 10 Exclusion Regulatory Buoy Markers ("NO BOATS") - 4 Exclusion Regulatory Buoy Markers ("SWIM AREA NO BOATS") - 8 Danger Regulatory Buoy Markers ("SHALLOW WATER") - 10 Restricted Regulatory Buoy Markers ("10 MPH") - 2 Information Buoy Markers ("NO SWIMMING") - 6 Restricted Regulatory Buoy Markers ("NO SKI UNLIMITED SPEED") - Shipping of all buoys to the specified DNR facility - All buoys must meet detailed specifications: 3" orange reflective top band, 2" orange lower band, 9" diameter, 61" height, 49 lbs. net weight, white HDPE shatter-proof shell, ultraviolet inhibited, self-righting, recessed cap, stainless steel anchoring eye - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Delivery to Indiana Conservation Officers Quartermaster Section in Nineveh, IN - Forklift available on site; delivery must be scheduled 24 hours in advance - Pricing must remain valid for 30 days after bid deadline - If offering recycled content, percentage and manufacturer certification must be provided for each line item - Bids must be submitted via email, fax, or mail (not through supplier portal) - Opportunity is open to all qualified vendors; registration with the Procurement Division required only if recommended for award
