Description
The City of Molalla is seeking bids from qualified contractors to design, fabricate, deliver, and install a permanent cross-street banner holder system within the public right-of-way on N Molalla Ave. The system must support safe and efficient display of removable banners, be durable, safe, and easy to operate, and may include optional decorative embellishments.
