The Town of Brookline is seeking a consultant team to assist with Phase 1 of creating a Town Archive for the municipality's historic records. This phase includes a Pilot Project using historic records from the Department of Planning and Community Development to develop an item-level archival system, and the creation of an Action Plan based on this pilot and a survey of other departments' records. The Action Plan will provide an archival needs assessment to guide the development of a Town-wide archival program. This project is a collaboration between Town departments and the Brookline Preservation Commission.
