Description
The Carroll County Department of Public Works, Division of Engineering is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering design and construction related services for the replacement of two minor bridge structures: Bridge No. CL-235X on Stem Road over Wolf Pit Branch and Bridge No. CL-240X on McKinstrys Mill Road over a tributary of Little Pipe Creek. The scope includes design of replacement structures, erosion and sediment control, maintenance of stream flow, stormwater management, environmental permitting, and all associated analyses and production of plans, specifications, and estimates. One vendor will be selected to perform all services, with separate contract documents required for each bridge as the projects will be advertised separately for construction.
