This solicitation may result in issuance of a firm fixed price for one (1) base year with four-year optional periods to renew. Submission Instruction will be as follows: Issued Date: Wednesday, March 25, 2026 Mandatory site visit/Pre-quotation Conference: Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 10:00 am CAT Technical company rep name for site visit by: Monday, March 30, 2026, at 5:00 pm CAT Question(s) Received by: Friday April 3, 2026, at 5:00 pm CAT Response to Questions by: Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 5:00 pm CAT Submission Closing Date: Friday, April 10, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CAT The question and quotation must be submitted electronically to JubaProcurement@state.gov before the cutoff date and time cited above, in English language and in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format not exceeding 45MB per file.
