SYNOPSIS - NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.1. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Air Warfare Command Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intent to solicit a sole source proposal for the continuation of Tier 1 efforts and completion of Terrain/Radiance Map Generation, additional user and developer documentation, and ARINC interface requirements on the previously awarded Electro-Optical Infrared Direct Injection (EOIRDI) system delivery order (N0042123F0031) against Basic Ordering Agreement N0042122G0004. This requirement will increase ceiling of Teir 1 (CLIN 0001) and establish Option CLINs on the delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N0042122G0004 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, 1740 Wehrle Dr, Buffalo, NY 14221.
