Description
Miami-Dade County is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to identify vendors capable of providing Ground Transportation Software to replace the existing system at PortMiami. The software must integrate with existing TransCore RFID readers, Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI), and License Plate Recognition (LPR) hardware to enhance passenger and cargo ground transportation operations. The solution should support vehicle identification, fee assessment, centralized command center capabilities, reporting, and ongoing support, without requiring new hardware. The goal is to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, security, and revenue management at the seaport.
