The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) is soliciting quotes from Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) to provide gift cards from retail stores including Sephora, H&M, PINK, Nike, and $100 Visa gift cards. These gift cards will be used for the Children’s Center RISE Behavior Incentive Program, which promotes positive youth development.
