This opportunity invites qualified vendors to operate a Snack Bar/Café at the Casa Grande Airport Terminal in Arizona. - Government Buyer: - City of Casa Grande, Arizona - Municipal Airport Division, Public Works Department - Office of the City Clerk - Scope of Services: - Lease and operate a 600 sq. ft. snack bar/café area (with additional outdoor patio) inside the 4,500 sq. ft. airport terminal - Provide cooked and grilled food items and beverages (coffee, tea, juice, etc.) - Use of flattop grill and fryer for menu preparation - Responsible for all food and beverage supplies, preparatory devices, containers, warmers, and cash register - Maintain sanitation, grease disposal, and wastewater utility services - Staff the café, manage marketing, and comply with all food safety and health regulations - Submit quarterly revenue reports and maintain cleanliness - Facilities and Equipment: - Airport provides certain equipment and furniture; vendor supplies consumables and operational devices - Proposal Requirements: - Detailed qualifications, menu, pricing, and operational plans - Lease rate and contract duration to be negotiated - Unique Requirements: - Vendor must open café within 45 days of contract signing - Operating hours expected to cover breakfast and lunch (6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., seven days a week) - Compliance with all applicable food service regulations - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or product manufacturers are named in the solicitation - Locations: - Place of performance: Casa Grande Airport Terminal, 3225 N.
