This Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks qualified bidders to provide comprehensive hazardous waste disposal services for multiple sites within the San Mateo County Community College District, including CaƱada College, College of San Mateo, Skyline College, and the District Office. Bidders must hold a California Hazardous Waste Transporter Registration and a Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facility Permit issued or authorized by the Department of Toxic Substances Control. The contract duration is three years with options to renew for two additional one-year terms. Submissions must be made electronically through the District's bid portal by April 21, 2026.
