Description
The Mission Installation Contracting Command-Fort Eustis Detachment Rucker has a requirement from the 1-11th Aviation Regiment to provide all personnel and supervision required to perform the de-installation, engineering, relocation, and reinstallation of Air Traffic Control (ATC) equipment from the current Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) to the newly constructed ATCT located at Hatch Stage Field at Fort Rucker, AL. In order for the Soldiers and Civilians in 1-11th Aviation Regiment to control air traffic from these new towers, ATC equipment must be moved from the old tower and installed in the new one in working condition.
